“Eat right” in 2018

The New Year bring new goals and resolutions for many.  And for many of us, “Eat right” is on our list.  So what exactly does that mean?  That can look different for everyone.  There are plenty of resources, tips and sources of healthy eating out there.  We just want to provide you a local source, as in restaurant and market, that will help you “Eat right” in 2018!

BoJaynes Gourmet Market & Deli, McDonough Ga

In the town of McDonough, the Boatwright family can help you with your healthy eating.  Their restaurant, BoJaynes Gourmet Market & Deli, is known for its tasty dishes and refreshing atmosphere.  “The love is the most important part of what we put in the food” explains Tanya Jaynes Boatwright.  Tanya, along with her husband Kevin “Bo” Boatwright run the family restaurant.  Together with their children, Tanasia, Tiana and Kashon, operate the restaurant daily.  From the baking, chopping raw, fresh produce, making family recipes, stocking the organic products in the market — they all have an important role and work together.

The highest quality ingredients is something that is appreciated by customers who frequent the deli.  From their salads, greens and other vegan and vegetarian dishes, the key is keeping the natural and fresh.  Inspiration on their style of cooking has come from none other than, family, with Tonya’s mother and “Aunt Nanny” being great teachers.

The Boatwright family also has some new healthy ambitions for 2018, including education opportunities for those wishing to learn how to prepare raw foods, yoga classes and meditation.  So if you have health-related goals for the new year, you need to make BoJaynes apart of your regular routine.  Stop in the market to stock your pantry.  Pick up a meal from the deli to take home to your family.

Have a happy and healthy New Year!
